I have always experienced an overpowering sense of well being from listening to my favorite music.  The feeling I get when I play music is even more ecstatic.  Binding the feelings I get from listening and playing music, I am inspired to continue developing my musicianship, and contribute the sound of music towards anyone who will listen. 

The kind of music that I love to listen to, play, and compose comes from many sources. The combination of melody, rhythm, and harmony that produces different sounding music has been a continual inspiration to me as a listener, player, and composer.

Check out the streaming CBC-2 Concert On Demand Series that the Elizabeth Shepherd Trio recorded live in June. It was part of the Saskatchewan Jazz Festival.
